I've mentioned my friend John here dozens of times. He is fifty years old, yet operates on the level of a 16 year old. It's really bad. Just to give you an example, he wants to move to from California to Washington because "Obama is going to try to take away our guns" without understanding that if the Federal government is going to take away his AR15, it doesn't matter what state he lives in.

My point is there are millions of people just like him. We think these people are fully capable, but are truthfully retarded in one form or another. This woman is obviously mentally retarded to some degree.

What's scary is not only do we allow these people to vote and purchase firearms, but even worse - we allow them to drive. (I've had two accidents in forty-six years, while my friend John has had six in the past five years.)
