So your jab at him wasn't fair. Funny, but not fair, because DirtyF is right. You want free this, free that, free something else, and free advice too.
If you really, really want free, why not just start a Facebook community? It's free free free, and its a fast way to get what you want.
If you want to own it and have more control, forget free. Whip out your credit card and invest a little money into your idea. Register a domain at godaddy, then create a forum at vBulletin.com using their cloud service. Initial cost: Peanuts. Set it up and customize it the way you want, then start spreading the word through social media.
