I spent a month there a few years back shooting 2 movies. Though I liked Prague during the week, every weekend the streets would be filled with drunk, violent and obnoxious idiots from England there on Bachelor parties. Add in a bunch of sleazy Gypsies and it made me hate the whole experience. While most of the talent we worked with were always sweet, fun and stellar, it got pretty tiring getting ripped off at every turn by taxi drivers and bar/restaurant owners. Also, we met a ton of dudes who kept trying to whore out their girlfriends and sisters. Hopefully, the economy has picked up since then.
