ok lets make it real simple the USA has 319 million serbia has 7 million people thats 45x more...our worst year is 115 rapes total x 45 = 5000 rapes adjusted to US population...so at worst we are 20x less "rapy" then americans at best we had 72 and they had like 95K so 72x45 to adjust for population is like 3000 and at worst we are 30x less "Rapy" then americans....
