how do you explain the FACT that you rank so close to cuba and 3rd world countries? so you have a few very very very very expensive hospitals and only the rich can afford them so you automatically have the best health care? what about the other 90% of the population LOL?

it was 300$ only because he did not want to wait...300$ for 2 surgeries actually one was a free preventive check up and follow up ect...maybe 350$ total...
