ok lets say rape is "under reported in serbia" we had like 200 total in the worst year...lets say just for arguments sake that 95% of rapes are not reported (worst possible estimate) this would mean there were 4000 rapes total in my country...lets say for arguments sake that in the USA the reporting of rape is 100% because americans say so LOL...so to put in in proper perspective:
it takes Serbia 17 years to have just the same # of rapes as the USA has just in prison
