I forgot to add that in Russia you always have an alternative. You can cure caries for free. But you will have to wake up early morning, go to the nearest municipal clinic, take a ticket with a number in line and wait for a hour or two. So we prefer spend $50 in a commercial clinic to avoid this boring and time-consuming procedure (I would better pay rather to wake up at 7 o'clock like an idiot - I just love to sleep as much as I want ;))
