Exactly. Only Moscow/Spb and other big cities are
very expensive. On the other hand, I've bought a house for my mom in a village on Volga she lives at when she was a child, for only about $5000 dollars. That's a rather good mulch-room house with gas heating, cable Internet etc (has nothing to do with that Alabama shit ones I've posted above) which is good to live 365 days a year. If fact, my mom and father live there on summer time only and move fort a winter to their Moscow apartments.
