Why they don't? Please explain. Russia is not Soviet Union so everybody here can buy a house. Especially a hard-working one. I have no a single friend who haven't bought a house/apartments before his 30.

A good quality wooden house is the best for a cold environment. That's why most of the houses in Scandinavia are wooden.
