Honestly, that's the sort of thing I'd prefer to have removed entirely, or completely disabled, more especially since PR has not been updated, nor will be updated publicly, going forward. Thus the reason why it will be nice to have the unencoded version as you can make modifications as needed to tailor to your own needs.
As I explained to Matyko on ICQ earlier, I'll be likely having both the 5.3 and 5.4 versions unencoded at
decry.pt -- then it's easy enough to hire someone to modify them to my specific needs.
