how do you like pilates? What is it like? I was thinking of taking a class tomorrow!
As far as working out your chest or any other part of your body; my favorite way to have a more intense workout is to do negative sets ..
For example when you push up on say a bar, another person pushes down on the weight stack or the bar and you try to resist against them ...just hard enough so you go through the rep slow. but ya can't do it everyday..
