rofl, no they wouldn't. get more skills and they will pay a lot more. i know about unions and they're not needed for professionals. unions are inefficient and don't have a place in today's society. they also increase costs which are passed onto consumers. they're the ones flipping the bill for the greed of workers. be happy to have a job. don't like it, get a better one.
