hi there, welllll what you want is not really possible when you use premium numbers, that is pay per minute numbers i mean world wide thats impossible, what you can do is use these guys:
PayPerCall.com - 800 and 900 Numbers Pay Per Call Phone Billing Solutions
then you can do what you want exactly, world wide phone sex and i mean really world wide you do have to ask them though to give you more coverage and which country etc.
My own system is not with them though but its world wide 100%
