Well.....
WESTERN Europe is mostly cool but being overrun by Muslims.
EASTERN Europe is filled with hot women and scary economies.
Then again, America has Detroit and Cleveland.
So....
I would give the edge to the US. And where does England fit in? Part of "Europe" or no?
