Hey guys,

if I create unique title and description for videos, will this roughly be doing the same as adding an additional unique meta title and meta description? Or is it better to have two sets of unique titles and descriptions as seen below.

Video 1
Title: Best of A 2014
Description: Let's take a look at the best of A during 2014

Meta Title: All time best of A in 2014
Meta Description: Let's see the all time best of A in 2014

Something like this? Or would the standard title and description, if unique, be doing the same as the meta?
