Forgot to mention:
I had somebody approve the videos and picture galleries daily from the huge list of queue sponsor content. There's still about 40,000 videos in queue that you just have to approve and a lot of picture galleries pending also. They're all converted already and placed in corresponding sponsors so all you have to do is approve them
