He followed her to her house, armed with the intent to do great bodily harm. Regardless of reason, that is voluntary manslaughter or premeditated murder. A vehicular accident, even an assault or road range incident, is not justification for voluntary manslaughter or premeditated homicide. |
I think you read it wrong. The person who had the road rage (mom or son) went to get the other person (mom or son) to bring with them to the lady and her daughter who pissed them off. They followed them home and started shooting at them outside of their house.
The womans (who was killed) son was inside came out and returned fire on the bad woman and her son.
I had to read it multiple times too because they are calling the victim a suspect in some instances.
It's a poorly written article.
