The deal is with virgin radio. They don't make any money anyway. I woudn't be suprised if the terms were that Virgin ship one order of fish and chips to Acacia on the queen's birthday, in return Acacia will show how they have extorted licensing fees from the mighty virgin corporation and all will bow down before the greasy yank with his scepter of malt vinegar.
IMPA has this right. Stick with them. Help them out. They DO have everyones interests at heart and they are genuinely good people.

Virgin and the words do not make any money anyways rarely go together. Hotel chains giving in (they do make money, specially with on demand porn), etc.
I do support what the IMPA is doing, I was one of the first few to bring up acacia at this damn board.
No matter how it is stacked this will be UGLY as all hell.
