The eldery gentleman who drove the car was taken away in the back of a patrol car. They think he's had a stroke, he's confused and disoriented, they're taking him to a local hospital.
It may not be much, but my thoughts go out to the families who have been affected by this.

should not be able to drive, thousands of lives would be saved, and im not even making a joke, its serious they always cause accidents but arent the ones that are hit.
