The bottom line is that an average person usually would sell out for a price much lower. Ironically its only because DK doesn't need the money that he would fetch such a high price. There are many multi-million sales for 3 digit dot com which won't even get report because 99% of them will be private sales.

NOTE: The latest reports are that 360.com has sold for $17 million USD. I believe the buyer is Chinese (corporate) in the form of Qihoo. Seller was an entity that didn't need the cash (Vodafone). I emphasise that the sale is not confirmed but here's the scoop:
