We can also make plugin for WordPress, but I would not recommend using it by following reasons:
1) Wordpress is not optimized for video chat traffic and could work slow under high traffic
2) Making changes in the code of Wordpress is not possible because later you will be unable to update it. Without updates Wordpress is useless
3) Wordpress has many security issues which could become a big problem if you can't update it.
Usually we install Wordpress separately only to use it a platform for Blog. And we make cross links from webcam site to Blog and vice-versa.
