I certainly understand taking the money and running or putting cash from sale elsewhere. I just don't always believe every press release someone sends out to make a splash since reporters no longer verify truth to them. Having said that, I hope that it's all true, and it most likely is, and I never hate on success. I don't know what I don't know and my skepticism doesn't change facts.
I remain skeptical that 345.com sold for $800k. They announce the private sale price, but rarely do they name the buyer.
