This business is filled with complete scumbags now at the top and they think it is perfectly okay to ripoff others (some of them will probably reply to this with various cute replies - they all back up each other because they are all collectively crooks and total scumbags). My advice is to focus your efforts on another industry or at the least diversify heavily.
