I was offered 7500 for monsterpussy.com a couple of years ago and have had many offers higher than 2.5K over the years. I guess I have a bit of a sentimental attachment to monster (owned for ~16 years) so if someone wants to build it, I will go $2K and give you a few assets for a new design (see below).
