How much of that stuff do you take regularly? Thanks for the tip - because I definitely want as pure as possible protein with no extras. I don't want to really bulk up but I just want to make sure im consuming enough protein to maintain and repair. It's really tough because I don't actually eat much and I only work out once a week but yet my work out is pretty aggressive.
I was hoping to disguise the taste by putting it into a milkshake or just sprinkle it over my cornflakes in the morning or something.
