Nobody's saying Ruth should disclose the reason here, in public. We're saying Paxum should disclose the reason -- the
specific reason, not a general gesture at their entire TOS -- to the owner of the account in question. It's their refusal to do that that is unprofessional and destroys trust.
This is far from the only episode alleging that Paxum has closed accounts in this opaque fashion.
