I looked at wurlitzers (pictures only)
and a used nsm bubbler (cd player) which did have chrome plated steel as opposed to plastic, which the salesman said was better
the funniest thing was, I took my wife to the store, and she really liked it and didn't bat an eye at the price...
this is really bizzare, since I am usually hiding the price tags on my stereo equipment and toys etc
since this was before I told her I was serious about getting one... then it looks like her idea too :D
I gotta finish the renos on the interior of my office (where it will be going) likely this fall, and then I am gonna look to buy one...
hey maybe since it was her Idea, I could buy it for her
as a Christmas present...
