But what does that mean exactly? What is a political insider, and why is she one? She has been in politics her entire life. Is this by itself, bad? Is being an "insider", because she's been in politics, a bad thing?

What does this mean? Isn't setting your sites high a good thing? Isn't it the dream of a lot of politicians to become president? Is being president a bad goal, assuming of course, that your intentions are good?
