Of course you know better since you are a pro, just curious.
If your body has the demand you will absorb it. 420G is just how just how my diet macros works out. I eat high protein and moderate carbs, low fats, 4200 cals a day. I know if I deviate from that caloric intake I will begin to lose weight.
