The only facet of your request I think is too vague is "as fast as possible". You could probably buy a million clicks tomorrow but it would be junk. What is your target timeframe?
I think the intersection of your desires is only going to be social media. Definitely facebook, reddit, maybe twitter. I think your budget, the ability to quickly experiment and the likelihood of dialing in the quality leads there.

I first started online in mainstream so yes I have done paid traffic in mainstream.
Instead of as fast as possible let's assume you to generate the 1 million unique visitors before February 1st 2015, what would you do?
How would you go about generating traffic from facebook and redditt? submit tons of videos to Reddit with my watermark on it? Start a facebook fan page and post videos and images with my watermark on it daily? Are these some of the things you have in mind? Please keep in mind i promote dating and do NOT sell porn.
