I would more complain that he was totally unable to shut down or at least let change policy to any advertising network or major advertiser he targeted such a few top cam sites and exoclick or such... rather than complain he owned certain unknown domain name with no traffic who had some stuff in it which is common to most adult sites and he probably did not even figured himself at the time.
