To apply for a partner account at MadThumbs, you need to have a gallery listed at the big ones, Hun, WorldSex, Thumbzilla etc. The script checks if the url of your sample galleries is listed there, and if it isn't you can't continue the partner request process. Maybe other TGP's should start using this system. But of course it doesn't completly weed out the cheaters..
