Every pic one takes has a copyright. Doesnt matter what the subject is. Public content doesnt exist.

so then to tell me , it isnt public content , so that means then all photos of all people here have ids and release to them as well yes , they have the right 2257 with them
again i am asking , if this doesnt haev to be that way i like to know , and how the law runs on this , we have things like this all the time , and i thought that was how ggw was ablet o beat many case`s he had for it was shoot in the public and that is the reason he was able to beat it they showed there titts and made it public ,
so tell me what reason why it isnt public then if you can inform me on this
looks to me to be , not in a home not in a room, or a studio or any thing like that , hell not even a bar
