I lost my full site including my content on their server. No backups or anything. Site was down constantly. I used to promote them for free hosting. It was good initially but got really bad where my site was down for a whole week at a time and even when they switched it to a pay account, my site was constantly down.
The worst part is losing the entire site and no backup on their emd. There was a thread a while back about it when they took almost a week to reply to my trouble ticket about my site being down. Am I still bitter? Yes I am because it was a full site that was ranked in 100,000 Alexa that their server couldn't have a decent uptime and I was on their "premium" server too
