The fact of the matter is that he is well known to be a deranged lunatic with obvious mental issues and personality disorders and no one is surprised at the charges or arrest. Any reasonable person would be looking at what they know and be highly suspicious of him being innocent.
Besides, if he beats the charges is any sane person going to let him watch their daughters? Of course not. That should tell you something.
