Well basically you are allowed to shoot and use pics of people in walking/dancing in public. It would be another story if you shoot in someones backyard invading their privacy.
See it this way, news papers, news on the tele, magazines, they all do it. The organization of the Love Parade even asked us if they can use our pics in their magazine.
