i believe two things - Kobe ain't the choirboy he's pretended to be, much like his hero Jordan - but there's no way in hell this was a sexual assault. Only thing Kobe is guilty of is putting himself into a position where a girl like this could do this.

the whole street cred thing where experts are speculating that this could help Kobe sell more shoes and soda pop is just sad.
