For instance, I used their VHS spline labels with pernament adhesive for a very inexpensive "bathroom billboard" through Mardi Gras once. They'll also be able to recommend cheap or (sometimes) free software that you can use to design your labels as well. I use
Print Artist for the design.
Oh, and, whatever else you do, stay away from Avery labels! They short change you on the stick'um...
