The entire zombaio operation is likely a 2 man operation. The writing has been on the wall for not months, but years.
People told real stories on this forum. I.e. I bitched about late payments and my account got canned. I.e. I transferred my site to someone and they never received any zombaio rebill money... I.e. they canned another account... I.e. they just put out a threatening letter saying anyone, with any infraction (bram etc) will have their account canned.
When people say... email all your members and tell them to chargeback MONTHS ago... it is to 1) end this nonsense and 2) try to get some of your members on new billing.
Do you know that it is VERY simple for zombaio to transfer recurring members to another biller? They won't because they are selfish pigs and want to drag this out till the last online sucker.
