The study was from 2005, and now in 2015 we're seeing HCG antigens showing up in Third World vaccines, you shouldn't expect them to have a news article explaining their plans as then people wouldn't want the vaccine, these people go for the vaccine because they believe it will protect them from Tetanus.
You want to argue about the exact definition of 'sterile', are you sterile if you can still get pregnant but then always have a miscarriage, you can look that one up for us, but it's not particularly important because the end goal of stopping women from procreating is what matters here.
