Would you say "women" that were once men had an unfair advantage in the Olympics or any other amateur sports federation?
The sports organizations seem to believe so enough they do extensive testing for it.
In some organized sports disqualification from further participation and nullification of records occur for stuff like this.
Is it unfair to the transgender individual? Maybe! Is it unfair to a female competing against a transgender individual? I believe so.
If he/she wants to compete let him/her compete against other transgender individuals, that would be fair.
