You mean the "no new taxes" pledge? Hell yes. As I said earlier...our govt. spends BILLIONS on spying on us and also on YOU in your country.
Trillions on a bloated "Defense"
And as I said earlier...the salaries and perks that these lifetime/career politicians pay themselves is outrageous.
They need to STOP SPENDING money. Not be given even more.
And I totally disagree with the propaganda our federal govt. puts out.
I know you've seen my posts...I 100% disagree that we are truly "free" in the U.S.
And we are NOT a "Democracy". We are a "Republic"
As for "most advanced nation"...I'm pretty sure we are not. We are ONE of the top advanced nations for sure.
As I said, our media holds hands with our federal govt. to feed the citizenry a pack of lies 24 hours a day.
If more people in the U.S. would actually LEAVE the country and travel a bit...they would see for themselves the truth.
I personally admire the people of Europe (like you).
I don't agree with the governments there (too socialistic).
But the people of Europe seem to not be as repressed sexually and emotionally as people in America are.
