Why should someone else have the right to put something into my body that I am not choosing to put there? The answer is, they shouldn't, and the states are making laws to ensure it, since common courtesy is lost to a sense of entitlement. Public places will always need to be regulated because you have inconsiderate people who don't care about another person's health.
