At 1.5 billion dollars in web site development and IT costs for a site that my team could have built for 2 million. All of said 1.5 billion that went into the pockets of Michelle Obamas college buddies who created 726 different shell corps to whore out the budget for the project and fuck the taxpayers over the highest amount of tax dollars to complete the project. Makes total sense.
And Obamacare isn't working. It's failing miserably.
