Say goodbye to any progress that's been made in the last few years. Just because Obama isn't well liked is no reason to go running to the conservative side. They don't represent progress. Just tax cuts and making abortion illegal.
tax cuts sound great, but there's too much other bullshit that comes with those turds.

I was reading yesterday that Ted Cruz said the first thing the republicans should do is vote to repeal Obamacare. Even he realizes it will be vetoed and they don't have enough seats to overturn the veto. So he is calling for them to waste time. He went on after that to say they should vote on every single aspect of Obamacare individually after that.
He also wants them to start multiple inquires into Obama and his alleged abuse of power.
It sounds like he is calling for them to immediately go after Obama instead of actually doing something constructive.
Add in that the democrats likely learned a few lessons on obstruction from the republicans over the last 6 years so I have a feeling they will be more than happy to try to stop anything the republicans do.
I foresee continued girdlock for a while.
