Well, whether it was the hosting provider, or someone on staff, it's clear there was a significant lack of attention to detail to do a migration effectively. This is generally indicative of unqualified personnel, or someone who just rushed the job, and/or didn't care to bother checking anything. That's all I was saying. NatNet, or any qualified host, would likely have caught errors, and corrected them, before making sites live.
