Selena, not to be critical here, you should hire someone who is knowledgeable about server migrations to migrate and test
prior to turning sites live. I think it's painfully obvious that whomever you use lacks even the basic skills/expertise necessary to perform a reliable migration given that issues are still occurring days later.
To that end, they can likely catch a lot of the ongoing errors with a simple look through their error log files at the server level. This way, they do not need to rely on people reporting bad URL's. This is basic stuff they should have tested before going live. And certainly they can see it if they had checked error logs.
