Now think about this from another angle. What if all the guys in the video who said, 'hello beautiful' were rich, successful, good-looking famous men? Men who dressed in an upstanding way and looked 'dashing' and white knight like? How would women's reactions be then?

Ok, let's assume all of the comments were compliments. If they are truly compliments, then it would be good form of her to reply to each and thank the person. Is she supposed to ignore the compliments and continue on with her day? Or is she supposed to respond to each and every one? If this behaviour is truly meant as a compliment, then ignoring them makes her a complete bitch.
When men do this "complimenting" from the sidelines, what is the appropriate response?
