It says a spokesman for RSPCA Queensland, said: "This isn't something you'd normally expect, it's quite unusual. Under the Animal Care Protection Act, bestiality isn't included. To take action and remove the dog we would have to prove actions there were cruel or that it [THE DOG] was tormented."

That wont be easy to prove and the dog won't be able to talk to anyone about it. But how would the dog perform if it wasn't having some kind of an enjoyment - that is another issue which would cause a difficulty (sorry legal brain doing over time).
