I'm looking for a merchant that will allow my current pricing plans
1/2 Month Trial with Year Recurring
Month Trial with Year Recurring
Quarterly Recurring
Yearly One Time
Yearly Recurring
Lifetime Payment
with no reserve

Anyone know of one that will? Currently using CCBill and they're awesome, but 14% is too much for me.
